January & February prayer letter 2024

Prayer Letter from VOS for Jan-Feb, 2024

“To me, who am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ.” ~Ephesians 3:8-9

Dear pastors and prayer partners,

Peace be with you!In our morning devotion time, we have been reading the Pauline letters recently. Paul considered it a tremendous grace from God to be a minister of the gospel, preaching the abundant grace of Christ to the Gentiles, and making people understand the secrets hidden in God. He met the Lord on his way to Damascus. Not only his life got illuminated by the Lord, but also granted the ministry to light up the lives of the Gentiles. Thank God that Voice of Salvation is also designated by God to share the gospel with our programs over various broadcasting platforms. We hope that whoever listens to our programs regardless through radio, website or hand phone App will be helped by the content.

Thank God that with your continuous prayers, a new version of App has been launched. We have adjusted the layout, provided more program resources and a section to leave messages and prayer requests in the hope to receive responses from listeners more directly and promptly.

In addition, the six programs produced by us in 2023 (including Children's Bible Stories, Awake with the Angel, Popcorn, Our Time, Whispering Hope, Light of Truth) have been clicked and listened for 1.36 million times on our partner FEBC Hong Kong’s website, which showed a 33% increase from 2022 (1.02 million clicks). God’s gracious hand continues to connect us with our listeners.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of Voice of Salvation. As we count the grace from God granted in the past, we’d like to invite you to join us to serve in this ministry that can light up the lives of people.
