Prayer Letter for May, 2023
Jesus said unto them, “This is what is written: The Christ would suffer and rise from the dead the third day, and repentance for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in His name to all the nations, beginning at Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things”. ~ Luke 24:46-48

Churches around the world celebrate Easter in various ways each April, and preach that Jesus Christ, being the sinless redeemer for entire mankind, was crucified, dead, and buried to replace sinful human, resurrected on the third day and brought us the peace of forgiveness of sins and the hope to enter into eternal life.
As stated in the book of Luke 24:44-49, Jesus appeared to his beloved disciples after his resurrection and said to them: ”These are the words that I spoke to you while I was still with you –‘Everything written about me in the Torah, Prophets, and Psalms shall be fulfilled’”. And he said to them: “This is how it is written: the Christ was to suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, and then repentance and forgiveness of sins is to be proclaimed in his name to all the nations, beginning at Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things.”
Anna Saether, a Norwegian missionary who has been living in Taiwan for more than 40 years encouraged us that: Christians should not only "celebrate Easter", but also live in the power of the resurrection of Jesus Christ every day to bear witness for Him. Yes, each Christian should testify with their own lives about the grace of Jesus Christ to forgive our sins as well as the power of resurrection!
Thank God that the Voice of Salvation was established in 1974 in Taiwan by a group of Norwegian missionaries in response to God’s calling. For nearly 50 years, we’ve been walking with God to share His salvation and heavenly hope with all the listeners from different broadcast stations as well as online platforms. Thank God that we continue testifying God's grace and witnessing what’s been happening amazingly to our listeners from their feedbacks. ［Thanksgivings, News and Prayer Requests］
1. The program "Our Ultimate Destination" produced in cooperation with the Christians Communications Ltd. was launched on our official website in April. Books will be given away on each episode, which is titled "Release the Power - Equipping Leaders and Single People to Be Christ-like Servants". Listeners are invited to listen and request this book to be equipped with truth.
2.The testing phase for the Android version of APP optimization project is about to be completed. What comes next will be the testing on iOS version. Please pray for the correction after the APP testing and subsequent preparations of program audio files. It is scheduled to launch in mid-May.
3.Currently several programs are forming respective production teams. We trust that God will lead and prepare suitable talents and resources to achieve excellent coordination and cooperation.
4.To cope with the needs of our ministry, we are hiring two administrative assistants and three program hosts. Please pray for this manpower needs and referrals are welcome.
