Dear Pastors and Prayer Partners: Peace be with you in the Lord!
In February of this year, we received an email from a sister living in Tromsø, a city in northern Norway. She works at a Christian second-hand shop. She and her colleagues in this store observed that in recently year a growing number of Asian tourists visiting this city to watch the Aurora Borealis.", with Chinese tourists being the majority. They provide freely the store visitors leaflets and New Testaments in different Arabic languages. However they have no any material in Chinese. So she wrote to us for assistance and idea of how to share the gospel with these Chinese tourists. To this end, we designed posters with QR codes linking to our various gospel programs; we also designed business card-sized flyers with QR codes linking to our various platforms for Chinese tourists to take away. Thank the Lord, We are very grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with our brothers and sisters in Tromsø for their evangelistic work to Chinese tourists.
Additionally, in April, we learned that a pastor, to whom we had shared our ministry, has once introduced our children's program "Little Lamb Bible Stories” to a children's home he served. After that, the authorities of the children's home started to regularly play the videos of our picture-book style’s "Little Lamb Bible Stories" (through YouTube) to the children.
Thank the Lord, these opportunities for connection and outreach are all God's doing. Because of the inspiration He has put in the hearts of brothers and sisters and church pastors, the programs produced by Voice of Salvation can reach and serve more people in various places through them. As Philippians 1:5-6 says: " For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ." We believe God will accomplish this work!
